I have not opened the case as the zipper is frozen. From what I can tell by looking through the mesh the arrow decals on both sides of the racket are intact. I do not know the condition of the racket other than that. Rather than force open or cut open the racket I am keeping it as is and listing the racquet as an auction. There is ball in the ball pocket, the zipper of which is also frozen.
