The Ion series was developed in collaboration with multiple World and British Open Champion David Palmer. The Storm XT merges Thin-K and Power Surge technologies in a fast and powerful bridged frame. It is also equipped with: Nano Crystalline Technology (NCT) which is an additive incorporated into the carbon fibre that not only helps reduce vibration but binds the fibres for added durability. Hopefully this should never happen as we carefully package all orders, but if it does just notify us immediately and we will send a replacement at our expense, we will also pay return shipping for the damaged product.
Your Racquet Breaks With Use?
All the racquets we sell are covered by a 6 month manufacturer warranty for manufacturing faults. Certain high end Black Knight racquets are covered by 45 day (squash) and 12 month (badminton) 'no fault' guarantees. If your racquet breaks and you think it was due to a defect (not due to abuse), please get in touch - ususally we will be able to send you out a replacement. All our racquets, shoes, bags and clothing are designed for sport, and should stand up to your sporting needs. If any product you receive turns out to be not fit for its purpose, please get in touch and we will do our best to find a solution.
You Change Your Mind?
We believe in complete customer satisfaction and will go the extra mile to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.
