For any of these issues, we grant a full refund without a restocking fee. Stadium Goods is a consignment store, meaning we don't take refunds in the traditional sense. As soon as an item is sold, we make a payment to the party consigning the shoes, this makes it very hard to support traditional retail style refunds. In the event that you want to make a return for special circumstances or extraordinary reasons, we can only do so if the shoe is completely unworn/unused/etc. with the Stadium Goods verification tags attached.
