This bag is in great pre-owned condition - there is a small rip above the zipper to the shoe compartment on one end, but it doesn't affect the use of the shoe compartment or zipper - there is some wear on the trim but not too bad. The shoulder strap pad has quite a bit of wear but is still functional as well. The pad could be replaced with a standard shoulder strap pad or just removed altogether. It also has grab handles as well as back pack straps that are just fine. Overall this bag looks great until you get real close and then just a few wear areas as mentioned.
