For auction is a Yonex T-8500 tennis racket with unusual GeoStar stringing in fair condition. Would make a great wall hanger, gag gift for a tennis enthusiast or ??? Hits GREAT! RARE ONE AND ONLY....
On Stringing- Unique GeoStar-type stringing. Cool rainbow / multi-color strings. Unique star of david / geostar-like stringing. Similar to Madeline Hauptman Mad Raq stringing; however, Mad Raqs use a third vertical string. This pattern uses a third horizontal string like the Geostar. On Racket- Yonex metal, aluminum frame in fair shape with moderate wear. See pics. Overall in good condition. 4 1/2" grip size. Unique star of david / geostar-like stringing. Similar to Madeline Hauptman Mad Raq stringing; however, Mad Raqs use a third vertical string. This pattern uses a third horizontal string like the Geostar. Diagonal strings should last a long time. Has initials scraped on throat, hard to see. New replacement grip.
