Today I have a Wilson blade 98 18x20 for sale. It has been used by a competitive player(daily use) but has not been abused. Functionally it is 10/10 cosmetically id say 7.5-8/10. Currently strung with Solinco tour bite 17g @ 53 lbs. strung it about a week and ago. It is a 4 1/2 grip size Currently it is also leaded up to be 13 oz(with a an overgrip), about 8 points head light. If desired, the lead tape can be removed to make stock, but i would definitely recommend trying it out with the current weight set up, it is extremely solid and does not play as heavy as it really is.
