Antique Pair of Spalding Table Tennis Vellum Racquets Circa 1900 -- Museum PiecesThis rare pair of Spalding vellum table tennis racquets are circa 1900. Each racquet measures approximately 18 1/2 inches long and 5 3/4 inches wide across the head of the racquet. The rattan wrapped handles are in great condition with no unraveling or damage. The vellum head of one racquet has a pinpoint hole near the top. The vellum of the other racquet has two small tears near the bottom. The racquets have soil and wear appropriate for their age. The racquets were made in the USA (I am unsure of the state of production.)
