Dunlop Biomimetic F5.0 TourFast shippingThe Biomimetic F5.0 Tour departs from the design concept of the 500 series with a new head shape called TruOval. According to Dunlop, this revamped head shape has been made 15% rounder in order to create a livelier and more responsive contact zone. Additionally, the beam has been redesigned for speed with a tapered, more aerodynamic profile. Factor in the lively 16x19 string pattern and it's no surprise that this fast feeling racquet provided our TW playtesters with increased access to power and spin. On the control front, we found that the firm response provided excellent feedback along with a heightened sense of the ball. At net this one positions quickly under pressure, and there's plenty of pop for finishing points. Another strong suit is the service return where our team noted how easy it was to execute aggressive replies, especially against second serves. Ultimately, this one gives intermediate and advanced players an impressive combination of power and precision in a maneuverable package.
