All sales are final, except if the item is damaged from improper packaging. Although it may take up to 3 days to ship out some items, I try to ship as soon as they are paid for. Most items bought and paid for in the mornings will be shipped out the same day and most items bought and paid in the afternoon will be shipped out the next business morning. Unfortunately, California law requires us to collect a 9% sales tax on all purchases in California. eBay will automatically include that in the final bill when you check out.
