Up for auction is a Beautiful condition VINTAGE USED DAVIS CLASSIC 4 3/8 LAMINATED WOOD TENNIS RACQUET WITH STRING. Features standard length and head size for its 1970s era. Strong racquet is a good user with some flaws. It has strings in good condition with string dampening tubes in the base of the main strings. The head end shows some wear and the side of the shaft his signs of use. It does not affect the play. Doesn't appear to have been over used and it is a nice collectible useable racquet. Weighs 12.7 ounces strung and the grip and end cap are in good condition with typical signs of use and age. Accent strings around the face are missing but the ones in the strings are fully in tact. Made in Austria, beautiful black and purple paint with minimal wear on the head and a few nicks on the sides. Very aerodynamic design weighs 10.6 ounces strung. Comes with like new cover. Excellent choice for the beginning to intermediate player with large sweetspot. This item is in exceptional playing and aesthetic condition. Almost no signs of use.
