Named for champion Richard Sears, this W&D racket was probably made between 1901 and 1905. Bears a patent date of Jan.3rd 1905. See Ref.8 TA&C pages 80 and 179. This racket is in very good to excellent condition. It has reinforced shoulders, perfect strings which appear original, good butt cap and the great transitional flat top head.
