Up for auction is an excellent condition complete WILSON JACK KRAMER AUTOGRAPH TENNIS RACQUET SIZE 4 3/4 beautifully preserved and restrung with pro string.
Strung with Luxilon BB ALU 125 mains and Babolat Thermogut Longevity 15 G crosses at 45 lbs., not shown in photos.
New leather power pads.
Leather grip. One of the most popular wood racquets ever made, the Jack Kramer Autograph mirrored the success of the man, Jack Kramer. Item shown was displayed in a tennis shop as the pro example of the wood Kramer racquet. It was only recently strung with the best string of today.
This is a near perfect example and unit was professionally buffed and polished before recent stringing. Unit has near perfect paint and decals, The grip and end cap are in mint condition. The bow is straight without warping and there are no cracks. The design features the Speed Flex Fibre Face adorned with a Crown and the signature of Jack Kramer, one of the founders of modern tennis and a great player in his own right starting in 1947. This was the highest end model of this time.
Well balanced and virtually indestructible.
It weighs 12.9 oz. strung and measures 27 inches, regulation size.
