Here are two Vintage Tennis Rackets, Been in attic ( I know nothing about tennis , but they both look to be in pretty nice condition for the age, no broken strings and still looks tight. the Davis Cup one has wooden brace around it ( no sure what that is called)
WRIGHT & DITSON DAVIS CUP Don Budge in written on the wooden cage part & that wooden cage part also has Regent stamped at the top. Please see Photos!
Bottom of the Racket has a a large W D .
Also on arm of racket For Championship Play
WRIGHT & DITSON DAVIS CUP FIBRE SEALED THROAT
I measured the grip its about 4 5/8" again I don't know if I measured it right I not a tennis playerSPALDING Autograph (the last picture is the Spading all other pictures are of Wright & Ditson)Has P 2nd stamped in the wood arm of racket Both rackets are wood & would make a cool addition for the collector of Tennis Memorabilia or to decorate a Bar or Restaurant or Sports room 4.5/8" grip again a guess
