For auction is a Wilson Hammer 3.6si Stretch super oversize tennis racket with new strings in excellent condition. A very nice game improvement racket. 4 3/8"

REVIEW: The Hammer 3.6si Super Oversize racket was made in 1997 with a MSRP of $270. Little brother of Sledge Hammer 3.4si of same year, the 3.6si has less overall power, but more controllable power. If you have a problem of racquet twisting in your hand this is the most stable racquet there is. Especially appreciated when blocking back screaming drives from big hitting opponents. The Hammer 3.6si is one of the most powerful frames offered by Wilson, combining an super oversized head with a stiff beam and stretch length. Expect exploding groundstrokes, serves and winning volleys. It is geared to the beginner to intermediate level player with a slow, compact swing. Light static weight with a head heavy balance (as is typical with all Wilson Hammers) keeps the 3.6 stable, maneuverable, and powerful. Rectangular Geometry is a patent-pending design that reduces racket twisting by up to 60 % while maintaining stiffness and power. Rackets with rectangular technology have an increased torsional stability creating a very solid feel when hitting balls, whether it is inside or outside the sweet spot. INTUNE Handle System by SIMS provides ultimate vibration dampening for comfort. "This was one of Wilson's most powerful racquet." CONDITION: NEW STRINGS.
