Pants: Waist, hips, waist to crotch seam front and back, Inseam (from crotch seam to hem), Leg width top and hem. Skirts: Waist Hips Length.
Its a good ideal to lay out something that fits you well without stretching and get your numbers. Keep them handy for future purchases.
