This interesting and uncommon "The Comet" racket was made by the Victor Sporting Goods Co. of Chicago. It features an unusual fan shape head that is much wider than the traditional head shape. It has a laminated convex wedge that was common in the early 1920's. The frame is straight and solid but some of the old gut strings are broken.
