Specially designed for the Mercedes Cup, this Limited Edition Volkl Super G 7 290g packs a lot of performance features in a lightweight package. Its 290g (10.1 oz.) unstrung weight allows for big swings by those without big muscles, and a 6 point head light balance makes it extremely maneuverable at net. A 24mm beam is just wide enough to add a little power without being in the way on topspin groundies, and a 104 square inch head provides a powerful and forgiving response with control. The new Super G grommet system incorporates Volkl’s patented V-Sponse material in construction. The result is a larger sweet spot, better control through increased dwell time and more power from the increased spring effect as the ball leaves the string bed.
