Vintage Antique Tennis Racquet Racket Wooden Contender-Maker Established in 1904Terrific antique wooden tennis racquet - not mint, but great condition for its age. I have taken a lot of photos to help identify some missing info because some maker info is only partially there. At first, I thought it was a Wilson vintage, but it seems that the maker is identified with an M, not a W. It says est. 1904 It has a contender sticker on it as well. The main strings are still strung tight. Racquet weight - approximately 14 oz. Please see all photos!Acquired from a vintage estate sale, this antique vintage wooden tennis racquet is the bomb!Great as decorations, film set props, restaurant memorabilia - for sports fans young and old! Shows some wear but strings feel tight, so maybe it could also be used for play! As pictured, it's a gem!Thank you for looking!
