This includes shoe trees, hangers, original packaging, etc., unless otherwise specified.SHIPPING:I usually ship within one business day, using USPS Priority or 1st Class Mail, and always upload a tracking number. RETURNS:Any item can be returned to me for any reason for a full refund within 14 days of receipt, as long as it is in the same condition I sent it out in.
