Thanks for your bids and your Business! A Rare and Extra-Ordinary Find! We picked up 4 vintage and Antique Tennis Racquets at an Estate Sale. I am Now Offering them Right here on E-bay!!! This is a one of the Racquets. It is a Wright and Ditson Wooden, Gut Strung Tennis Racquet in Extraordinary Condition! The String has snapped but is intact. From what I have learned this Racquet was Manufactured between 1890 and 1910. Original Grip (they did not put leather grips on these racquets) and Strings with all Decals Pretty much Intact and in Great Condition. A Rare Opportunity as you won't find many of these Racquets in Extra-Ordinary Condition such as this one. The Pictures Speak for themselves! This Rare, Hard to find item will make an Excellent display Piece for any Tennis enthusiast or collector of Rare and Unusual Items. Since the frame is in fantastic condition, this item could be restrung and used for tennis, but I would not recommend it as it has great value as an Antique with the old gut strings and unbroken frame.
