The strings appear to be original with leather shims at the bottom.The grip is in great condition and the recquet has light wearing. There is a slight crack on top (please see photos). Jan Kodes Won 3 grand slam singles events in the early 1970's and he designed this racquet which bears his name. He was entered into the hall of fame in 1990.
