Estimated price for orientation: 45 $
Category: Matching Pair 2
Class:
Description Brand: Dunlop Country/Region of Manufacture: Germany Model: Dunlop Black Max II mid-size Grip Size: 4 1/2” MPN: 804868 and 804856
Second Serve Tennis presents a beautiful matching pair of Dunlop Black Max II racquets in 4L grip which are Made in Germany and have the patented Ergo Griff (see photos) which have a slightly contoured bevel producing an absolutely perfect fit on the racquet handle. These racquets are nothing like the original Black Max, the cross section is thicker, slightly larger head size (~90 square inches) and play a lot stiffer, more power and much reduced vibration than the original. These were circa 1986-1987 I believe, very sophisticated and higher quality finish than the racquets that were made in Taiwan around this time. Condition wise, these are both 9+/10 scale, 100% structurally perfect including grommets and bumper guards. The material is a 80% graphite, 20% fiberglass blend, ~ 90 square inches. If you search enough I am sure you can find more definitive specs, I would guess they weigh well over 11 ounces so plenty of mass to plow through the ball. String pattern is 16x19, tension range 51-55 lbs, listed on the inside throat of the racquets. The serial numbers on the racquets are: 804868 and 804856.Please ask any questions! Shipping is $18 in the US, international shipping charges depend on country location and an additional $20 handling fee will always apply because I need to wait on a line, fill out customs forms, etc and I do not work for free. Payment is due within 48 hours from close of auction sale, NO EXCEPTIONS. I don't mind doing international shipping but please do not haggle with me about the shipping costs and the handling fee, if you don't want to pay that then you shouldn't be buying these type of tennis racquets where those fees will apply. Thanks! Please be considerate and serious with your bidding intentions, sorry I have to mention this but lately this has happened too many times. We are a small tennis shop and it hurts us to have to deal with these amateur incidents. Thanks again for your consideration. :)Please checkout our other tennis auctions and our feedback from other happy customers here on eBay. We are "tennis professionals" selling on eBay since the late 1990's.
