The Phoenix Pro Paddle is a great choice for those who want control without sacrificing power. It weighs an impressive 8.4-8.85 oz so it’s lighter than a wood paddle but heavier than most other options. It plays much nicer than wood paddles do as well – the soft polymer core slows down play so you can carefully place shots and keep your opponent guessing. The paddle has an understated but attractive design of a solid color with the Paddletek logo and a grey background at the bottom. The size is fairly standard for a paddle and it has a slightly textured face for spin. The face gives you lots of playing room while also reducing mis-hits thanks to the slender 1/8” edge guard.
