Return Policy: I sell preowned items. These are closely inspected before listing to note any damage, chips, cracks, rips, tears etc. If the item you received was damaged during shipping postal insurance must be filed by you, the buyer first. I cannot file it for you because you will have to provide the postal service with pictures. This is why all items that are shipped priority are insured up to $100.00. Damage during shipment is not something that I have any control over. Please rest assured that I have used the proper wrapping material, inner reinforcement and packing peanuts or bagged air to secure your item for shipment. If you find a flaw that we missed, excessive scratching, small chips, etc. please contact us with a picture of your problem and we will negotiate it with you directly.
