ailFor your consideration: Up for auction we have a really nice Wilson Sledge Hammer 3.4 Stretch "The Limits" tennis racquet. The basic racquet measurements are as follows: Total Length: 28 1/2 inches Total Head Length: 15 1/4 inches Total Head Width: 11 1/4 inchesTotal Head Size: 135 sq. in.
Grip Size: 4 3/4 inches Racquet Weight: 10 ounces This Wilson Sledge Hammer The Limits racquet is a mighty big racquet, and mighty powerful racquet. I have always found the Sledge Hammer series of racquets from Wilson to be real power players racquets. They are just a great "Brash Basher of Belleville" racquets...if ya know what I mean. If ya don't...then I mean they are great for the power ground game, and a power counterpunchers delight...IMO. They are also great racquets for power servers, and they volley quite well too. If you are more into precision...more Fed and less Rafa...then I think these are not ideal racquets. Again...just my opin...but...if you like playing the power ground game, then here is a power racquet with a VERY big sweet spot!
This is a low key, but still dynamic looking racquet as well! This racquet is used, but is in excellent condition, showing just light signs of use or wear. There is some light scuffing on the head guard, and on the outside edges of the head.
ALSO PLEASE NOTE>>>The racquet grip has been freshly overwrapped, so it is super soft and sticky...BUT...the grip size listed in this auction IS for the overwrapped grip size and NOT the original factory grip size.
This is a really great Wilson racquet, that offers a big powerful game, and big sweet spot to match! This racquet comes with a Wilson soft racquet bag. It is not original to the racquet, but it is nice and will hold a little bit of other smaller gear.
