Babolat pure strike team (2017)The lightest model in the newly redesigned Pure Strike Line, the all new Pure Strike Team represents a very attractive option. The new Pure Strike line replaces the previous generation of Pure Strike models and features all new technology. Babolat’s new FSI Power technology spaces out the upper crosses of the racquet for more power and spin. New for this revision is the addition of Hybrid Frame Construction, which combines square and elliptical constructions to increase the responsiveness of the frame. Wider beam sections in the throat and at 3/9/12 o’clock enhances precision and increases stability at ball impact. The racquets 10.1oz (unstrung) weight gives it plenty of maneuverability, while also being stable enough to handle big hitters. The head light balance ensures this frame remains highly maneuverable at the net and is able to handle volleys with ease.Personal toughts: I like the new version of the Pure strke better then the old version. The feel is smoother, less vibration and less “twist” at the impact when it’s off the center. The biggest improvement from the past frame is the volleys. It just feel so sturdy and smooth now. If you had the last frame and liked it.. you will love the new version of the pure strike team.
