For auction is a Wilson n Six-Two Stretch oversize tennis racket with new strings in very good condition. A CLASSIC, and very nice control oriented player's racket. Descendant of the original 6.2 used by the Williams' sisters, Lindsay Davenport and Todd Martin back in the day. Made in 2006 with a MSRP $190 The n Six-Two is a versatile frame. Wilson enjoyed impressive sell-in (initial sales to retailers) of this racquet and many players wondered if the n Six-Two wasn't the holy grail of tennis. It quickly became Wilson's most popular selling n Coded model. This frame delivers great control for accomplished serve-and-volleyers and all-courters with full swings.

REVIEW- The n Six-Two seems to offer an ideal blend of power, control and maneuverability. At 27.5 inches, it provides a little more leverage and reach than a standard length racquet, without impeding reaction to balls hit close to the body. It's 113 square-inch head is control-oriented, while still offering adequate space for mis-hits. The combination of 10 ounces and a slightly (3 points) head-heavy balance make the n Six-Two maneuverable, without feeling too feathery or hammery.
The n Six-Two is best suited to 3.5-4.5 players with medium-full to full swings. It offers good maneuverability and a nice combination of power and control. Playtester's comments sum up the n Six-Two best, "this racquet is very solid in all categories but no single attribute stands out as an exceptional strength or weakness. It's a good all-around racquet that will appeal to a broad range of players." FEATURES -

In ordinary tennis racquets , the carbon fiber is pocked with tiny voids which in turn create stress points and frame weakness. The uses nanotechnology to fill in these voids with silicone oxide crystals that expand to eliminate the weak points and fill in the strong carbon fiber material.
