For your consideration a 19th century Wright & Ditson Columbia Flat-Top Wooden Lawn-Tennis Racquet. Recent estate find. As found. Looks like the original strings. Measures about 26-1/2 inches long. The head is 9-1/4" wide by 11-1/4" long. It has a 5" grip. It weights 12 ounces. It has nice early decals and graphics on the throat "Wright & Ditson, Championship" and on the reverse side "Columbia". Also marked on both sides of the handle. It's in very good antique condition with its original finish. It remains flat. There is a very small crack on the edge of the head at the top. I've tried to show all the imperfections in the photos. Comes with the wooden press it was found in. All my items are guaranteed to be as described and pictured. If your ever unsatisfied returns are not a problem. Thanks for looking. No Reserve.
