Up for auction we have a great, and very rare to find...Donnay Pro 25 Midsize graphite tennis racquet. The basic racquet measurements are as follows: Total Length: 27 inches Total Head Length: 11 5/8 inches Total Head Width: 9 inches Grip Size: 4 1/2 inches Light 3
Racquet Weight: 12.6 ounces This fine vintage Donnay frame, came out in the mid 80's...if I remember correctly...and was a very high tech racquet in it's day...very similar to the Ceramic GT that I also have out for sale. This racquet was designed a bit more for the serve and volley style of the day, though it will play just fine from the baseline, and it will play nicely with the shorter, wristier spin stroke of todays styles. At 12.6 ounces, this racquet is fairly heavy by todays standards...this was on the light side in it's era..., and has a really nice, very balanced feel.
This is a low key, but still dynamic looking racquet as well! This racquet is used, but is in really excellent condition, showing just light signs of use or wear. Be sure to see the condition box up in the first part of this auction description, for a more in depth description of the condition.
