Steel frame is almost completely free of any rust, corrosion or tarnishing with ONLY a tiny bit inside shaft area. Cover has no rips no tears.There are stains on white cover, however, in good condition.This racket is good for play or display at your room or Tennis Club.Weight of racket is 13.3 ounces
