New for the 2013 Blade series is a 16x19 string pattern on the 98 model. The open string pattern adds extra bite for enhanced spin. The liveliness of the string bed also increases the power level providing extra pop on shots. Pair this model with a nice co-poly string and let her rip! BLX features Basalt which is a natural volcanic rock. Woven into the racquet as fine gold fibers along with Karophite Black it has incredible vibration resistance. With this technology you get a smoother feel with cleaner feedback from the racquet.Amplifeel handle technology features strips of Basalt along the handle providing an even cleaner and enhanced feel upon ball strike.
