Up for purchase is a vintage Marcraft Sorba 'Doug Russell' paddle, for paddle or platform tennis.It is wood with outer metal rim. The wood surface has a nice textured coating finish. Measures @ 17 inches long and 8 inches across at the widest point. Weighs 421 grams [14.8 ounces].
This is a used paddle that is structurally sound - no cracks, dents, dings, warping.It shows some cosmetic wear from age and use -scrapes to the metal rim; coated wood surface has a few light scuffs and marks.
Has a leather grip thats in good shape with a few scuffs -measures between 4 3/8 and 4 1/2 inches around. The wrist cord is on the smaller side and not adjustable -so it might be hard to get into for those with bigger hands.
