Three nice vintage collector tennis racquets. I have bought, sold, collected and used tennis racquets for years. I make all efforts to be detailed and accurate in my descriptions. Pilot steel racquet with steel piano wire strings: I believe these were made from the 1920s-1940s and mostly sold to schools (the steel strings never wore out, but tennis balls did not fare well against them.). The strings are all intact. Typical paint loss on the outside of the hoop. Bare wood handle in good condition. Original decal is still present. MacGregor Twin Shaft: This is not a common racquet. Other then being unstrung, this racquet is super nice, with great graphics, paint and clearcoat. Only a very small amount of wear. Original leather grip is really nice as well. Head is straight, with no warping.Vintage convex bridge racquet: I believe this style was made between the late 1890s and 1910. Original natural gut strings broken in places, but are all present. Head is straight, with no warping.Packed securely and shipped quickly.
