Offered is this vintage "Gold Star" model wooden tennis racket, made by Wright-Ditson, probably from the 1920s or maybe 1930s. I measure the grip size to be 4 3/4". The handle looks like it is leather-wrapped but it may only be vinyl. It is in good to very good condition. The grip wrapping is tight, as are the strings. Much of the varnish and most of the decals remain. There is some wear to the top edge of the head, with most varnish gone from that area.Please take a moment to look at the other items in my eBay store!
