The racquet is rated Very Good because of the cosmetics, but it is very solid. I professionally strung the racquet with Prince Classics Synthetic w/ Duraflex 16 strings at 60 lbs and replaced the grip with a new Prince one.
The is a vintage racquet that is solid and has a good feel you expect from a Wilson racquet.I tested 7 racquets yesterday and this Wilson one was my favorite. I like the smaller head size and the string setup worked well. It had very good control and the racquet was very comfortable when I hit, which saves my shoulder. The power was good as well.
Save your money buying a $39 racquet from a big box store, which will have plain nylon strings and strung quickly in the factory. This racquet was priced at $100 in its day and will be a good addition to your game.
