Unless listed as Sold As Is with No Returns, we accept returns on our items. If an item was not as described in the listing simply email or call us to set up a refund or replacement if available. Once returned we will refund the bid amount and shipping both ways, after all it was our fault. If you receive and item and you are just not delighted with it, no problem contact us and we can work something out. However the shipping cost to return the item and actual shipping and packing costs we have already paid will be deducted from the return. This also applies to items the we offer FREE Shipping on.
