At 10.4 ounces (strung), this stick manages to feel fast while also delivering decent stability for a sub 11 ounce racquet. Beginners with shorter strokes should have no problem bringing this stick around and achieving good depth. The comfortable 108 square inch head size provides a nice margin of error for making clean contact with the ball. Intermediates looking to crank up their stroke speed will appreciate the level of spin and controllable power. As with other members of the Ultra series, the 108 is built with a firm Carbon Fiber Graphite, lending it a crisp precision that is sometimes lacking with oversize racquets.
