Latch works well, back hinge shows some rust. Approximate weight prior to packaging is 18 1/2 #.delivery. If a refund is issued, only the item cost is refunded. Buyer agrees to pay any/all costs to return the item, and it must be received back by the seller in the exact same condition as it was sent. NOTE: All items are sold as is and as described. Please review measurements if applicable.
