Babolat brings a breakthrough innovation to the game of tennis with the new Pure Drive Play tennis racquet. Babolat's Play connected racquet has sensors integrated into the handle that allows players to have access to an assortment of information regarding ones game. This Play racquet records the type and number of strokes (forehand, backhand, serve, smash) spin level, ball impact, location, total and effective play time, power, endurance, technique, consistency, energy and rallies. Data recorded by the Babolat Play racquet is transferred wirelessly via Bluetooth to a smartphone or tablet or on a computer via USB port in racquet buttcap. Babolat's Pure Drive Play has the same specifications to that of the Pure Drive tennis racquet, albeit featuring a new striking black and orange cosmetic graphic update. The racquet also features the Cortex Dampening Interface for great feel. Babolat's Play maintains the use of GT for added stability on off center hits. Racquet ConditionThis racquet has been used for a year. It is pre-strung with Babolat RPM Blast String ($20 value) and has only been hit with once since restringing. There are paint chips on the sides of the racquet, but they are not noticeable. The bumper guard of the racquet has the most wear; however, it can be easily replaced with a new set for a low price. The cosmetic wear on this racquet does not have any impact on the how well it plays. Overall, I would rate this racquet 7/10 with 10/10 being brand new. If you are looking to add a considerable amount of power to your game and still maintain control, this is the racquet for you. The Babolat Play connectivity works perfectly and the racquet is fully charged when you receive it. Do not hesitate to ask questions before buying or bidding.
