This is a listing for a Wilson Blade 98 tennis racket with a 98 square inch stringbed and 4 1/2 grip size. This frame is in nice shape with some paint scrapes, also has new grommets and bumperguards!Has a new Wilson black tacky feel replacement grip. Strung with a high quality hybrid of 16g polyester mains and Kirschbaum Pro Line No.1 crosses, current tension is 42 lbs.A great racquet with excellent strings, new grip, and new bumperguards and grommets!Updated with even better feel, the Blade 98 (16x19) delivers a very lively and spin-friendly ride. It's also quite stable thanks to its higher swingweight (328 RDC). New to this version is a redesignedBasalt/Graphite layup, a feature that increases flexibility in key areas so as to provide better dwell time and heightened command over the ball. Wilson also adds Parallel Drilling to this model in order to expand the sweetspot and increase the responsiveness on off-center hits. From the baseline the Blade 98 rewards big swings with a heavy ball. Topspin players will find more than enough spin from the open 16x19 pattern to bring the ball down on target. At net this stick offers a great blend of speed and stability, with plenty of pop available to help finish the point.
